A moment of inspiration from Dr. Santhosh; his next project ~ SIB GRACE NOW night of worship!

To all who may stop by, I wish you a very happy new year. Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.

Man

Man keeps the best to himself and gives only what he can afford.
God had given the Best from Heaven.


Rules and regulations are given by man to make man measures up to God’s standard.
Grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

Man is behind Religion in reaching God.
God is behind relationship in reaching man.

Ritual and ordinance be yours in abundance through the knowledge of Religion.
Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.

Religion makes level places with high and low, makes life in peak and in valley, makes straight path crooked and makes rough what God had made smooth.
God made every high place level, every valley filled up, every crooked place made straight, and even the rough places were made smooth.

gods is both the invention and property of Religion.
Mankind is both the invention and property of God.

In the mind of Religion, the leaders immediately represent God.
In the mind of God, Jesus immediately represents mankind.

Religion entertained and enslaved man with rules and regulations to work out the conduct through disciplines of willpower.
God introduced the initiative of faith to reconcile Himself with man. "Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world."

Religion insults God with their wisdom in keeping the laws and regulations.
God insulted Religion with His wisdom at the Cross through Jesus’ Finished Work!

Psalm 8:3 ~ 4 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?

Pre Concert Sound Check & before Show Time

I encountered an embarrass incident minutes before we took over the stage... I had a very sudden stomach pain! I talked to Deacon Paul whether I can join them at the second song while I go to ease myself... Deacon Paul referred me to Dr. Santhosh. Ya, who else could be a better person to look to, a Doctor!!! But Dr. Santhosh referred me to Elder Tom... -_-!!! and Elder Tom said, "Go, go, go...!"

Due to the multitude of the crowd, I could not make it to the... By then, sweat was all over my face... and the MC was announcing for us to take over the stage. "Lord, You got to do something ..." , I talked under my breath and stepped up to the stage... During the performance, I had a mixture of warm and cool sensations in my stomach and the rest is history...!

SIB Grace @ tHe Spring Christmas Eve Countdown Concert

By the grace of God, SIB Grace was invited by tHe Spring Shopping Mall to perform at their Christmas Eve Countdown Celebration Concert sponsored by Celcom. We disappointed many as they were expecting songs from the caroling because we have rocked them at the Mall with songs from Hillsong and New Creation Church, giving all the praise to our Savior Jesus Christ, unreservedly...!

The songs we performed were, The Time Has Come (Hillsong), The Freedom We Know (Hillsong), Semuanya Darimu (author unknown), Dwell In Your House (Hillsong), Nailed at The Cross, (New Creation Church) Janjimu Seperti Fajar (Afen Hardiyanto), Satisfied (New Creation Church), Salvation Is Here (Hillsong), Take It All (Hillsong) and One way (Hillsong).

One Way, the closing song!

It was indeed a fresh experience for the management of tHe Spring as this was their first anniversary celebration. As for SIB Grace, we have done something that we have never dream of i.e. to bring the songs of praise from the Church directly to the public in such an awesome way. As the Lord has opened this "One Way", more of this event is expected in future as we lift up the name of our Lord.

John 12:32 ~ But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself.

Happy Birthday, SIB Grace

SIB Grace, a Church that Jesus loves, is celebrating her 5th year anniversary on 21st December this year. The theme for this year’s celebration is “I See Grace”. Being five years in the walk of grace, SIB Grace sees growth from a handful of grace walkers to a couple of hundreds very much enlightened by His Grace.

As for me and my family, although we are only with SIB Grace for two years, we are also celebrating our 5th year anniversary in God’s grace. Thanks to our Lord who used Pastor Joseph Prince's preaching to rescue me from Babylon (Babylon is from the root word babel, which means confusion).

Indeed, we see fullness of His grace in SIB Grace. Our leaders are committed to feed us with the pure Gospel filtered through the Cross and fully based on Jesus’ Finished Works. To those who had misunderstood the grace of God, we are just a bunch of believers who are taking advantage of God’s grace to despise Law. The truth is, we are not trying to uphold the Law ourselves but to depend fully on Jesus, Who had fulfilled the Law for us two thousands year ago. We are actually a bunch of believers who are humble before God and not man; and have totally accepted God’s providence through His grace.

When we behold Jesus, we see His grace, but when we behold man, we see rules and regulations. Ask yourself a very personal question; have you been seeing more of rules and regulations or His grace in your Christian walk?

Living in Unity

Psalm 133:1-3 ~ A song of ascents. Of David. How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity! It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron's beard, down upon the collar of his robes. It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the LORD bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.

As believers, we all want the above Psalm to be true in our midst... but the truth is, this can only manifest in the realm of grace (Mount Zion) and not in the realm of do and don't, right or wrong, can of can't and good or bad (Mount Sinai)! There is zoe life in the realm of grace and this zoe life is a higher form of life than to live under the realm of do and don't, right or wrong, can or can't and good or bad! This zoe life is found in Mount Zion and this zoe life is the abundant life from our Lord Jesus.

Feast is of course, a sign of celebration...

Richard is "proud" to be a member of SIB Grace because he is one of the pioneers in seeing Grace. He is saying, "I can see Grace...! Can you?"

When it came to law, God gave only His finger; and when it came to Grace, He gave His whole body... Thank you Jesus for enlightening us and established a grace based church like SIB Grace in our midst.
