Revelation of God's Names Through the Finished Work of Christ
God’s Name in Hebrews is Elohim and Lord God Almighty is El Shaddai. God has many Names and His Names carries power and with different meanings. That is why the Psalmist wrote: “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God” in Psalms 20:7; and “Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.” in Psalms 63:4.
When virgin Mary brought forth a Son, the Holy Spirit instructed Mary to name her Son as Jesus or Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us; for He would save His people from their sins; and His Name is also means Salvation.
Acts 4:12 ~ Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
Most of all, when Jesus was ministering to His people on this earth, He introduced the name of God as Father. The Name Father carries the meaning of relationship instead of religion as at that time, the Names of God had been painted with religion by the Pharisees and the teacher of Law. After the cross, Christ breathed the Spirit of Sonship into those who believe in Him and we call God as Abba Father!
With the help from the Holy Spirit, the revelation of Jesus’ Finished Work started to reveal the purposes and the power of God’s Names. And the Apostle Paul, the Apostle of Grace, revealed in 1 Corinthians 1:30 that: “ But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption”
The following Names which are found in the Old Testament are pointing to Jesus and His Finished Work at the cross.
1) Yahweh Jireh: The Lord who Provides.
(Genesis 22:14 ~ And Abraham called the name of the place, The-Lord-Will-Provide; as it is said to this day, “In the Mount of the Lord it shall be provided.”)
2) Yahweh Rophe: The Lord who Heals.
(Exodus 15:26 ~ and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.”)
3) Yahweh Nissi: The Lord our Banner (Standard).
(Exodus 17:15 ~ And Moses built an altar and called its name, The-Lord-Is-My-Banner;)
- Isaiah 59:19 ~ So shall they fear The name of the Lord from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun;
When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.
4) Yahweh Shalom: The Lord our Peace.
(Judge 6:24 ~ So Gideon built an altar there to the Lord, and called it The-Lord- Is -Peace. To this day it is still in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.)
5) Yahweh Rohi: The Lord our Shepherd.
(Psalms 23:1 ~ The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.)
6) Yahweh Tsidkenu: The Lord our Righteousness.
(Jeremiah 23:6 ~ In His days Judah will be saved, And Israel will dwell safely; Now this is His name by which He will be called: THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.)
7) Yahweh M'kedesh: The Lord our Holiness.
(Leviticus 20:8 ~ And you shall keep My statutes, and perform them: I am the Lord who sanctifies you.)
8) Yahweh Shanmah: The Lord is Here.
(Ezekiel 48:35 ~ All the way around shall be eighteen thousand cubits; and the name of the city from that day shall be: THE LORD IS THERE. )
9) Yahweh Elyon: The Lord Most High.
(Psalms 7:17 ~ I will praise the Lord according to His righteousness, And will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High. )
10) Yahweh Saboath: The Lord of Hosts.
(1 Samuel 1:3 ~ This man went up from his city yearly to worship and sacrifice to the Lord of hosts in Shiloh. Also the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, the priests of the Lord, were there.)
These are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name. (John 20:31) Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, (Philippians 2:9-10). And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved. (Acts 2:21). Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. (Psalms 63:4)

Enjoy Jesus' Supply And Delight His Heart
What pleases Jesus' heart and brings Him joy? Contrary to popular opinion, it's not our doing things for Him, or our giving to Him. What pleases Him is our taking from Him! Make no more excuses! Come and take from His limitless supply for your every need, knowing full well that your total reliance on Him brings Him much joy!

Nature Singing to God
Louie Giglio
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord from the heavens; Praise Him in the heights! Praise Him, all His angels; Praise Him, all His hosts! Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all you stars of light! Praise Him, you heavens of heavens, And you waters above the heavens! Let them praise the name of the Lord, For He commanded and they were created. He also established them forever and ever; He made a decree which shall not pass away. Praise the Lord from the earth, You great sea creatures and all the depths; Fire and hail, snow and clouds; Stormy wind, fulfilling His word; Mountains and all hills; Fruitful trees and all cedars; Beasts and all cattle; Creeping things and flying fowl; Kings of the earth and all peoples; Princes and all judges of the earth; Both young men and maidens; Old men and children. Let them praise the name of the Lord, For His name alone is exalted; His glory is above the earth and heaven. And He has exalted the horn of His people, The praise of all His saints— Of the children of Israel, A people near to Him. Praise the Lord! (Psalm 148:1-14 NKJV)

Cranky Old Man
When an old man died in the geriatric ward of a nursing home in an Australian country town, it was believed that he had nothing left of any value. Later, when the nurses were going through his meager possessions, They found this poem. Its quality and content so impressed the staff that copies were made and distributed to every nurse in the hospital.
Cranky Old Man
What do you see nurses? . . .. . .What do you see?
What are you thinking .. . when you're looking at me?
A cranky old man, . . . . . .not very wise,
Uncertain of habit .. . . . . . . .. with faraway eyes?
Who dribbles his food .. . ... . . and makes no reply.
When you say in a loud voice . .'I do wish you'd try!'
Who seems not to notice . . .the things that you do.
And forever is losing . . . . . .. . . A sock or shoe?
Who, resisting or not . . . ... lets you do as you will,
With bathing and feeding . . . .The long day to fill?
Is that what you're thinking?. .Is that what you see?
Then open your eyes, nurse .you're not looking at me.
I'll tell you who I am . . . . .. As I sit here so still,
As I do at your bidding, .. . . . as I eat at your will.
I'm a small child of Ten . .with a father and mother,
Brothers and sisters .. . . .. . who love one another
A young boy of Sixteen . . . .. with wings on his feet
Dreaming that soon now . . .. . . a lover he'll meet.
A groom soon at Twenty . . . ..my heart gives a leap.
Remembering, the vows .. .. .that I promised to keep.
At Twenty-Five, now . . . . .I have young of my own.
Who need me to guide . . . And a secure happy home.
A man of Thirty . .. . . . . My young now grown fast,
Bound to each other . . .. With ties that should last.
At Forty, my young sons .. .have grown and are gone,
But my woman is beside me . . to see I don't mourn.
At Fifty, once more, .. ...Babies play 'round my knee,
Again, we know children . . . . My loved one and me.
Dark days are upon me . . . . My wife is now dead.
I look at the future ... . . . . I shudder with dread.
For my young are all rearing .. . . young of their own.
And I think of the years . . . And the love that I've known.
I'm now an old man . . . . . . .. and nature is cruel.
It's jest to make old age . . . . . . . look like a fool.
The body, it crumbles .. .. . grace and vigour, depart.
There is now a stone . . . where I once had a heart.
But inside this old carcass . A young man still dwells,
And now and again . . . . . my battered heart swells
I remember the joys . . . . .. . I remember the pain.
And I'm loving and living . . . . . . . life over again.
I think of the years, all too few . . .. gone too fast.
And accept the stark fact . . . that nothing can last.
So open your eyes, people .. . . . .. . . open and see.
Not a cranky old man .
Look closer . . . . see .. .. . .. .... . ME!!
One nurse took her copy to Melbourne. The old man's sole bequest to posterity has since appeared in the Christmas editions of magazines around the country and appearing in mags for Mental Health. A slide presentation has also been made based on his simple, but eloquent, poem.
And this old man, with nothing left to give to the world, is now the author of this 'anonymous' poem winging across the Internet.

The WWW of God
The WWW of God is of the different dispensation in the Bible. The dispensation of the Father, the dispensation of the Son and the dispensation of the Spirit. In the dispensation of the Father, we see the WILL of the Father. In the dispensation of the Son, we see the WORK of the Son and in the dispensation of the Spirit, we see the WITNESS of the Holy Spirit. In the WILL of the Father, we see the WORD of God. In the WORK of the Son , we see the WORD of Jesus. While in the WITNESS of the Spirit, we see the WORD of Christ.
WWW is the Will of the Father, the Work of the Son and the Witness of the Holy Spirit.
WWW is also the Word of God, the Word of Jesus and the Word of Christ.
John 14:17 ~ the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive because it does not see Him nor know Him. But you know Him, for He dwells with you and shall be in you.
John 14:18 ~ I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you.
I will not leave you orphans means we are not to live our Christian life depending on ourselves. The Father had sent the Holy Spirit to live in us and help us...
By knowing the WWW of God, we are able to study earnestly to present ourselves approved to God, a workman that does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.

Mission Trip To Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Genesis 1:1 ~ In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Genesis 1:2 ~ And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Genesis 1:3 ~ And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
In Creation, God spoke (Word of God) and the Spirit moved.
In New Creation, and we are all New Creation in Christ, when we speak the Word of Christ, the Spirit moves... for the gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
The Word of Christ has been preached and the Holy Spirit is moving. Amen!

Mission accomplished! It has been a fruitful mission. The group of 70 Pastors and Church Leaders from 12 churches in Ho Chi Minh City were very much impacted by the grace of God. As compare to last year, they have better understanding of grace now and all the messages preached were relevant to strengthen their faith.
What touched me most was that, they collected love gift to bless us at the end of the conference. Young and old, they came up with love gift in their hands... I gave it back to their Vietnam Revival Family, the group that organized this conference.

I was invited to preach in Grace Covenant Church that Sunday morning and 2 precious souls were saved in that morning service. This church is so impacted by the grace of God that they literary changed their Church's name from The Timothy Church to Grace Covenant Church.
It is confirmed that in the time of Creation is Word of God + the Holy Spirit. As for the New Creation is Word of Christ + the Holy Spirit. The Word of Christ has been preached and the Spirit is now moving.... Amen!
