My Miracle Seed

We booked our ticket to Singapore about a month ago and the purpose of going to Singapore is as usual, to visit the New Creation Church. When we checked up NCC website at the beginning of this month, they announced that Pastor Prince will be away in Indonesia during our time in Singapore. To some, this was indeed a disappointment …

As the date drew near, we found out that Pastor Prince had cancelled his preaching engagement in Indonesia and has been scheduled to preach on the Sunday we were in Singapore… Hallelujah!

Just a few days before our departure, I was informed that the coming Sunday would be their Miracle Seed Sunday. Wow, Miracle Seed Sunday… and what a God incidence… I then made up my mind on the amount to sow but at the airport, I felt the need to go to the ATM machine to make up what the Lord wanted me to sow …

As usual, we reached SunTec City at 7.00am in the morning but to our surprise, the queue was much longer than usual. According to my past experience, we could have secured the first 100 tickets for the reserved seats and have the privilege to break off the queue for our breakfast. But not this time… Before the start of the preaching, Pastor Prince mentioned about Pastor Mark calling him enlightening him of the verse from Genesis 8:22 which was the date for the Miracle Seed Sunday (22.08.2010)…

Genesis 8:22 ~ "While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease."

It was a wonderful service and at last, my miracle seed was in the box…

On Monday night, all of us were invited by Pastor Kenny Chee, Senior Pastor of World Revival Prayer Fellowship, to have dinner at his house. I got to know Pastor Kenny through Facebook and was introduced by Pastor Peter Sze of the New Covenant Church in KL. I was told by Pastor Kenny to alight from MRT at Jurong East Station and to wait for him to fetch us from there in two trips. We started our journey at Bugis, using the “Green Route” heading for Jurong East. It was a familiar route for me as my cousin was staying in Clementi twenty years ago before they moved to Choa Chu Kang and then recently settled down in a landed property at Kranji area. I could even memorized each subsequent stations… City Hall..., Tiong Baru, Redhill, Queenstown, Commonwealth, Buona Vista… As the train moved on, I was in the train recapturing my memories... I could still remember when Norman was a little boy, I used to make train stations using his Lego set and we even named the station after Buona Vista, because of its unique pronunciation.

When the train stopped at Buona Vista Station, some familiar structures in the nearby construction yard caught my attention… Hey, that’s 1 North! I have been asking my cousin and friends in Singapore about the location of 1 North but they just gave me the name like Holland Grove and some other names and I could never have any idea where 1 North is located.

At that very moment, I began to realize again how faithful our Lord can be. As He has brought me all the way from Kuching to sow my miracle seed, He would for sure, never let me sowed my seed without knowing where the sowing ground is. To some, I maybe a fool, but praise God, this covenant of grace is fool proof! With all these God incidence moments, this sowing ground is definitely a good sowing ground and my seed was indeed, a miracle seed. For this, I also have to thanks Pastor Kenny for being sensitive to the leading of the Spirit and invited us to his house for dinner. The Beef Goulash that night was fabulous... Adrian, our western food taster could testify to that because he had double portions that night.

At the time of writing this post, the Lord has already given me back my seed. Wow... I am so blessed to be chosen to sow this miracle seed and I am now hopefully expecting the tsunami of blessings that the Lord has promised me at Kuching Airport!

Grace — The Victory Over Sin, Guilt And Condemnation

He could have condemned but He would not. They wanted to condemn but they could not!!! Hallelujah, for He had taken it all....

Romans 8:1 ~  There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

He Judges You Righteous!

Whenever we hear preachers talking about judgment, and asking us to get on to our knees and pray more, fast more, humble ourselves before the Lord, repent from our sins and turn away from our wicked ways… my dear friends, this is nothing but an Old Covenant teaching, of which, the Book of Hebrews says the written code has been obsolete. It was the Father God Himself found fault with this kind of doctrine, not man… Jesus clearly said that if He be lifted up, He will draw all “judgment” unto Him! But unfortunately, the translators had put the word "man" in that verse, instead of judgment!

The doctrine that teaches us to focus on ourselves has by passed the cross and it is not in line with what Jesus has given us through the cross. This kind of Old Covenant teaching only gives glory to man’s efforts as they add to what Jesus has already done for us! Man’s work and efforts only give glory to man, but Jesus finished work at the cross gives glory to Father God. When the requirement of the law nailed Jesus to the cross because of our sins, the abundant grace of God through the same cross, released us His everlasting righteousness.

Men’s default mode is to perform. We always want to perform something to make ourselves feel holy and righteous because we do not understand God’s righteousness in us. Grace and righteousness is something that our natural mind cannot understand. We need the Holy Spirit to convict us of our righteousness and reveal to us the meaning of grace… As a new creation, we are righteous in Christ not because of our performance but Jesus’ performance. We are righteous not in our doing but our position i.e. in Christ! The moment God forgives our sins, He see us righteous. Just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

As we are now forever in Christ, we will never ever be judged again, because we have already been judged at the cross two thousand years ago! From now on, whenever God judges you, He judges you righteous…

TOGETHER

Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib He had taken out of the man, and He bought her to the man.

The man said, "Wow... Man! This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh!"

For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh. (Genesis 2:22-24)

This is how the English get the word "TOGETHER"... It means "To Get Her"!

Inception - 101 Lies Taught in Church Every Sunday

If  the act of "inception" is to secretly implanting an idea in a person's mind so as to change the course of that person’s action, I think there is a conspiracy going on in the body of Christ for the past two thousand years...

As a born again, Spirit filled believer, you are cordiality invited to consider the matters listed below...

In helping you to access to the matters, the link to the following videos by Dr. Steve Mcvey of Grace Walk Ministries are made available by clicking on the link. These video resources are from Grace Realized Website.

Matthew 16:6 ~ “Be careful,” Jesus said to them. “Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

#101 Sunday Is The Christian Sabbath

The list might go on......

1 Corinthians 5:7 ~ Get rid of the old yeast that you may be a new batch without yeast—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.

Luke 8:18 ~ Therefore be careful how you hear. For whoever has, to him shall be given; and whoever has not, from him shall be taken even that which he seems to have.

Banana

I read this in an email and I thought this might be informative... so I just post it here for reference purposes. By the way, the author is unknown....

A professor at CCNY for a physiological psych class told his class about bananas. He said the expression "going bananas" is from the effects of bananas on the brain... Read on:

Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!!

This is interesting.
After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way again.

Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.

But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier..

PMS: Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school (England) were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

Constipation: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

Morning Sickness: Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness

Mosquito bites: Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.

Nerves: Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.

Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and chips. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.

Ulcers: The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

Temperature control: Many other cultures see bananas as a "cooling" fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.

Smoking & Tobacco Use: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance.. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

Strokes: According to research in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!

Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills.. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, "A banana a day keeps the doctor away!"

PASS IT ON TO YOUR FRIENDS
PS: Bananas must be the reason monkeys are so happy all the time! I will add one here; want a quick shine on our shoes?? Take the INSIDE of the banana skin, and rub directly on the shoe....polish with dry cloth.. Amazing fruit !!!
