Due to the overwhelming
response from those who haven't tasted this delicious Mango Pudding, request has been coming in to have this Mango Pudding as dessert during our Care Group meeting last night.
Smooth and delicious home made Mango Pudding
This home made pudding is so smooth and delicious. You can make it at home anytime you like.
100 gm blended mango (puree)
100 gm mango cubes
100 ml whipping cream
20 gm gelatin
80 gm sugar
300 ml water
250 gm of mango ice-cream
1. Mix water, sugar and gelatin in pan. Boil over slow fire until sugar and gelatin dissolve.
2. Leave the mixture to cool. When cool, add mango puree, mango cubes, whip cream and ice-cream.
3. Stir mixture until all ice-cream is melted. Pour into small cups and leave in fridge to set.
