Grated Orange Rind Almond Cookies
Ingredients:150gm Ground Almonds
230gm Plain Flour
150gm Caster Powder
1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla Powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
150ml Corn Oil or Sunflower Oil
1 egg yolk for glazing
1 medium size Mandarin Orange
