The Hotel only provides us with a tap and no toilet roll. We really have to "pray hard" to figure out how to solve our problem...
Pastor Octavianus is our new translator this morning. He is a close friend of Susan Hoover and is in-charge of a registered missionary training school (registered with the Indonesian government) in Medan.
Elder Alex continued his teaching on confession in the first session of the class this morning. We saw faces started to shine in spite of a few little questions on obscure verses from the Book of James. The cloud of doubt began to clear as we revealed to them that James wrote the first letter in the New Covenant to the Jewish people of his time and explained that the full revelation of grace only revealed through the ministry of Apostle Paul.
When this foundation has been laid, Elder Alex continued to expound the topics on righteousness and the love of the Father for us. It was yet another interesting session as laughter could be heard from times to times. There is life in our midst...
